3. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins

If no substantial work, research, campaign setup, media buying, creative production, or consulting has been initiated, a full refund may be issued.

4. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once work has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on:

  • Completed work already delivered
  • Hours already allocated
  • Advertising spend already used
  • Third-party service costs
  • Creative or technical production already performed

Any completed work, delivered assets, consultations, strategy documents, campaign setups, or used advertising budgets are non-refundable.

5. Advertising Spend and Third-Party Costs

Fees paid directly to advertising platforms or third-party services (including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, hosting providers, software tools, or external contractors) are non-refundable once spent or committed.

Vektaron OÜ is not responsible for refund decisions made by external advertising or software platforms.

6. Subscription or Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly services or retainers, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.

Services already billed or partially delivered during the active billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, necessary materials, and communication required for project execution.

Delays caused by missing client feedback or materials do not automatically qualify for refunds.

8. Service Performance Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality professional services, we do not guarantee specific financial results, advertising performance, sales volume, lead generation outcomes, search engine rankings, or business growth unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Marketing and advertising performance may vary depending on market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, customer behavior, and other external factors beyond our control.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients agree to contact us directly at contact-us@vektaron.agency to attempt resolution.

We maintain records of communications, project delivery, approvals, invoices, reports, and work history for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the client’s payment provider or bank.

For digital or customized services, clients may acknowledge that performance may begin immediately after purchase and that cancellation rights may be limited once work has started.
